§ 01 — What we make

Three things.
Built to compose.

OpenKingdom builds an open-source engine, a growing library of reusable suites, and partner-specific deployments at three scales. Each layer is dogfooded against the next.

§ 02 — Replication Engine

The engine.
Open at the core.

Our flagship product. The Replication Engine bundles scaffolding, infrastructure-as-code, prepackaged services, and security primitives every partner application needs — and stamps them out from a single command. MIT-licensed, dogfooded by us.

  1. /scaffold

    Scaffolding

A reproducible monorepo, ready before you write your first line.

  2. /iac

    Infra as Code

Declarative servers, databases, networking. Provisioned in a click.

  3. /services

    Services

Auth, billing, audit logs. The plumbing every business needs.

  4. /sec

    Security

Hardened defaults, rotation policies, secrets management.

§ 03 — Reusable Suites

Reusable kits.
Dogfooded by us.

On top of the Engine sit functional suites — prepackaged software resources we use again and again. The value isn't only the code; it's the functionality. We build it once, then customize across partners.

Kit 01 — Accounting

The Ledger

Double-entry bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax-aware reporting. Drops in with a chart of accounts pre-shaped to the partner's domain.

  • +Invoicing & receivables
  • +Chart of accounts & journals
  • +Tax tables (KE · US · UK)
  • +Period-end reports & exports

Kit 02 — Capacity

The Almanac

Capacity planning and resource management. The team, the trucks, the consult slots, the project hours — fitted to the partner's calendar of work.

  • +Schedules & team allocation
  • +Booking & assignment
  • +Utilization reports
  • +Conflict detection

More kits in the press — CRM, Inventory, Field Operations.

§ 04 — Partner Builds

Same engine.
Three editions.

Every partner is a different size with different needs. The Engine fits to scale — recomposing the same modules into a pamphlet, a folio, or a volume.

i Solo

A business card
pointing somewhere real.

For Bob's Tax Services. One page, hosted, on the network. He loves being part of it; we give him a place at the table.

ii SMB

A custom multi-tier app,
fitted to how they work.

For Lawn Care Inc. They need to track clients in a way no off-the-shelf SaaS can match — so we build it.

iii Ent

§ 05 — How We Partner

A network.
Not a vendor.

The Replication Engine is MIT-licensed. Customizations we build for one partner flow back to the rest of the network. OpenKingdom is a non-profit because we mean it — and we work with people who plan to be here in ten years.
